FULL HOUSE Pet Friendly in a Closed Condo

Our home is a basic choice for short and medium stays. This is not a luxury option but it is a warm and homely place to stay in a closed condo with security 24h/7d. Also we are Pet Friedly with no extra fee because we understand that sometimes we need to travel with all our family members (furry ones included) We are located at the south of the city and we are always looking to give the best welcome to our guests. We can host until 9 guest with an extra fee. The space We are looking to create a simple/minimalist space with some details of rustic furniture and Mexican touches. In our home you will find 3 rooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 little back yard. Also you will be able to park 1 or 2 cars in our parking lot. Guest access You will be able to occupy the full house as our ad describes. We aren't living there and also there aren't any other people at the place. Other things to note Our fee is for 5 persons per night. If you come with more people, please contact me to arrange the details. We can host a maximum of 9 persons and the cost is + $200 Mexican Pesos (around $10.00 USD) for extra person per night. To maintain a good relationship with our neighbors please keep the volume low after 10pm and make sure to only use the assigned parking space
