The space This two-bedroom, top-level apartment offers stunning ocean views and is the perfect place to unwind after a day of sun, surf, and island adventures. Step into a space designed for comfort and relaxation—whether you're lounging in the hammock swing on the lanai listening to the soothing sounds of coquí frogs, or cooking up a storm in the well-equipped, chef-friendly kitchen, you'll feel right at home. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to popular surf breaks, local eateries, and beach bars on Rincón's vibrant west coast. On select weekends, the nearby local wedding venue brings a touch of excitement and live music to the neighborhood, while Sunday brunch pool parties are a fun way to experience the local scene. Tucked away like a hidden gem surrounded by lush greenery, this beach apartment feels both private and connected to nature—offering a truly memorable stay. Guest access Guests will access the upstairs apartment through the small gate on the right side of the front fence (when facing the house). Follow the walkway into the driveway, then continue along the clearly marked signs across the front of the home. You'll find the staircase on the left side, which leads you up to the front door on the second-level lanai. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire top floor, including the wrap-around lanai, perfect for enjoying breathtaking ocean views with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. To reach the beach, exit through the front gate, turn right on the road, and take the first right into the parking lot. You'll find the beach access directly from there. Other things to note Please note that no pets or additional overnight guests beyond those included in your booking are allowed to stay at the Ocean View Apartment. This policy is in place out of respect for other guests and for the safety of the friendly, local animals that live on the property. House management resides in the lower-level unit and is available should you need any assistance during your stay. While we maintain a strict no-pets policy for guests, there is a resident cat on the property who occasionally visits the outdoor balcony. She is very friendly and will happily leave you alone if you prefer not to engage. Rest assured, no animals are permitted inside the upstairs unit, ensuring a clean and allergy-conscious environment. We are also equipped with a backup generator in case of a power outage. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to operate the generator. If the power goes out, please notify us, and house management will take care of activating it as soon as possible. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in these rare instances.
