Mere steps to the shore, we are adjacent to Pine Dell Resort, which was a small RV campground and boat fueling station in operation before the pandemic. A circular driveway is shared by 2 friendly and quiet neighbors. We are quite remote, so driving is the only way to get around. Shops, markets and restaurants in town are about 15 minutes away via some winding roads. There is a parking space adjacent to the property and a second vehicle can park in tandem hugging the shoulder of the pavement, as not to block use of the driveway for neighbors. Additional vehicles can be parked along Lakeshore Drive across the street from the lake. Parking is at ground-level with the house elevated above the basement garage. You will need to climb a flight of stairs to get to the house.
