The home includes amazing lake access with a dock and beach to enjoy swims, fishing, paddle boards and sunset views to truly relax & unplug. The space 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, fully appointed kitchen with island seating, separate dining space, a home office, and ample outdoor space with deck, grill, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and over an acre of lawn for family gathering and games. The home includes amazing lake access with a dock and beach, just a quick 3-min walk down a paved road, to enjoy swims, fishing, and to truly realx & unplug. With 2 paddle boards & 2 kayaks as well as boat mooring for renters: dock your boat 30 feet offshore, swim or kayak to boat and launch from renters dock! This property sits just 5-miles south of charming downtown Skaneateles Village - chock full of unique shopping and delicious dining. Guests have loved the fishing just off the shore at 5 mile point, hiking the nearby nature preserve trails, and of course boating on the famous 16 mile lake. Taking the paddle boards out in the fall or swimming off the dock in the summer are favorites. Located just 25 minutes from Syracuse University, 45 minutes from Cornell, 15 minutes from Beak & Skiff Orchards, 7 mins to the village of Skaneateles - and 10-20 minutes from Mirbaeu Spa, Anyela's Vineyards, Manadana Inn, Elderberry Pond, Baltimore Woods Nature Center, and more. You will be all set up with essentials upon arrival; linens, towels, kitchen & cooking supplies, spices, trash bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. as well as games, puzzles, a chess table, children's books, yoga mats, and 2 bikes for cruising down to the water and back. The home has 1 Ring video doorbell camera. **All docks on lake are seasonal, our docks usually go in Memorial Day through early October. Guest access Guest access includes the entire home, parking for up to 4 cars, the property which is over an acre and great for yard games and grilling/picnics, and of course lake frontage access. The lake is just a 3 minute walk from the house down a paved road - and there are 2 cruiser bikes for renter use as well. The lake area is shared with a few other houses, the water front has 2 docks: 1 for owners use (on the right with boats), and 1 for dedicated renters use (on the left hand side when facing the lake).
