The space This house has consistantly been rated one of the top short term rentals in Greensboro. This home was curated for our guests, including having almost all the furniture, decor and kitchenware brand new. All the mattresses are brand new. And there are USB ports in all the lamps throughout the home. Location: Just a few minutes away from the new Toyota battery plant and Wolfspeed facility. There are several restaurants, gas stations and a grocery store less than 2 miles away. Get from the house to downtown Greensboro or Greensboro Coliseum in less than 20 minutes. Besides a great location near the things you need, here is list of what makes this house so special. Main floor: When you walk into the main entrance you will be amazed with all the space. To one side is an entire play area dedicated to keeping the children busy, including a reading nook, play tent, stocked play kitchen, table set and train table. On the other side is an area for the big kids to play foosball, board games and card games. Kitchen: Walking past the entrance you will find the fully stocked kitchen area with tons of counterspace including the island. Everything you need to prep and cook your best meals are available at your fingertips. Enjoy the beverage station with complimentary tea and coffee. As an extra bonus, from the kitchen, you can enjoy watching your favorite movies or TV shows on the 65 inch TV in the adjacent living room. Brand new flooring throughout the kitchen and dining was installed February 2025!! Dining area: This is the focal point of the house. Sitting for 12 people plus 3 more seats at the bar. Enjoy floor-to-wall windows surrounding the dining area and two sky lights. Wake up in the morning to a room full of light. The dining area joins the kitchen with a shared countertop making serving meals even easier. Living area: This room features a 65 inch smart HDTV, two ultra comfortable sofas and a love seat. There are windows surrounding the living room and an enclosed gas fireplace. There is also a Free Little Library to take a free book, leave a book or swap Bedroom/Bathroom downstairs: There is a large bedroom downstairs with a Beach theme that offers a queen bed, workstation and 43 inch wall mounted TV. There is also a newly-designed bathroom right across. Finally there is a mud room between the garage and kitchen, which has a new washer and dryer. Second Floor: Upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Main Bedroom: The main bedroom is HUGE! Plenty of room to relax, work at the workstation, rest on the new king bed, or even tend to a baby in the cozy nursery!! There is a 55 inch TV here as well. Attached to the main bedroom is the oversized main bathroom which features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual (separate) vanities, enclosed water closet and an extra large walk-in closet. Additional Bedrooms/Bath: Bedroom #3 has a Mountain theme and offers a queen bed and walk-in closet. Bedroom #4 offers a full-over-full bunk bed. Bedroom #5 offers a queen bed, closet and chair. All bedrooms include new memory foam mattresses and 43 inch smart TVs. The upstairs bathroom was renovated and has a dual vanity with new motion-activated faucets at each sink. Garage: The garage is dual purpose. You may use it for parking, but if you want to have extra fun, challenge your friends to a ping pong tournament. There are plenty of outdoor toys and games for all ages as well. Back yard: There is a large deck just off the dining room/kitchen. There you will find a large gas grill to impress your family and friends with your grilling skills. There is also a gas firepit surrounded with 8 Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the Carolina weather. The back yard is completely enclosed and offers privacy. PLEASE MESSAGE US FOR ANY QUESTIONS! We’d love to hear from you! Guest access Guests may access the entire house, garage and back yard. They are NOT allowed access to the 2 locked owner closets in the home and 1 locked storage cabinet in the garage, which are all labeled. These are for the owners and cleaners only. Other things to note *Pet policy* If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact the owner first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog. Please also read Pet Rules. *Parties* This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the home. We kindly ask to keep music or gatherings on the back deck to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays. *Smoking* This is a non-smoking house. Guests can smoke on the back deck but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $500 fine for smoking indoors. *Lost & Found* We know things can sometimes get left behind! If you realize you’ve forgotten something after checking out, just reach out to us. We’re happy to help search for your item and arrange shipping.
