This house is located in the Sun Country neighborhood and does have many full time residents so please be mindful of your neighbors. The golf course club house is 2 blocks away as well as the 9 Iron restaurant. Car is the best mode of transportation. You can park in the driveway. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. There is room for 2 vehicles in the front driveway and there is an additional driveway on the right side of the house for 2 vehicles. Street parking is only available during summer months. During snowy months please do not park on the street, we need to keep the street open for snow plows. *Please be mindful of street parking, there is not much room, and try to carpool if possible. *PET RESTRICTIONS: Less than 40lbs, hypo allergenic, pets allowed only downstairs, $100 cleaning fee per pet per stay (limit 2)
