Enjoy the 6 acre grounds which are a mixture of field, ponds, trails, orchards and rock ledge areas. Bonfires are allowed weather permitting. Stetson is a rural community within 8 miles of the interstate and close to Bangor, Newport, Dover, Belfast and Greenville. This is a 2021 manufactured home, all open concept with no hallways. Guests have access to two of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. I am currently painting out the home with no VOC paints and reusing furniture where I can to reduce environmental impact. This home is powered by the sun and primarily heated and cooled with the energy produced. This property is a haven full of all things natural and wonderful. You will see countless plant & mushroom species and animals including eagles and hawks, turtles, frog, dragonfly, butterfly, deer, fish, squirrel, beaver, snake, duck, geese, fish. The yard is a mixture of manicured and wild. The priority is given to pollinators over precision. The house is bright and comfortable, i want your stay to be happy and restful. You will have exclusive access to the house and a back yard area with fire pit and picnic table. privacy extends further back to the south side of the ponds. There is a front yard area as well, the host will maintain access to the hose spigot. The host is on the property, in a separate building nearby, and available to answer your questions via text or through the app. Stetson is a rural area which is within driving distance of Bangor, Newport, Skowhegan, Greenville, Belfast, Dover Foxcroft, Dexter. You can see and do it all while having a peaceful and private place to stay. Nearby attractions include Moore Manor Lavender, Waterfront Concert Venue, Dragonfly Winery, Mossy Ledge Spirits, several lakes with boat landings, and the newport ATV rail system that goes up to Greenville. There is plenty of parking at the house and the spots dedicated for this rentals are marked clearly.
