House in the middle of the countryside

Come and relax in this fully renovated 1850 house, located between Rouen (30 min) and Dieppe (35 min). With its large garden, surrounded by a meadow, you will feel refreshed. Ideal house for families with children, a playground will delight the little ones while parents enjoy the garden. Enjoy leisure activities around, such as the Parc de Clères (13 min) and the Bocasse amusement park (16 min), the village of Veules-les-Roses, classified as the most beautiful village in France, 42 min away. The space The house consists of a large living room, about 60 m2, a master suite with toilet, walk-in shower, bathtub, double sinks, dressing room and desk. Opposite this suite are two children's bedrooms. A laundry shower room and toilet is next to the living room. A large terrace overlooking the meadow, sunny all afternoon with a beautiful sunset. In the evening, the living room is bathed in light with the bay window. Guest access The whole house will be yours only, the garden too. We will be away from our home during the available dates. This is our everyday home that we rent out during our vacation. Other things to note The garden is enclosed, electric gate which allows great safety for children, they can play outside without any hassle. The garage will not be accessible during the stay.
