Lovely, bright, single-family house, surrounded by a lovely garden with flowers, vegetable garden and tropical plants, where one can relax in the cool after a busy day of travel or work. Situated in a hilly, quiet and residential area, with spacious and pleasant views, it also offers lovely walks along roads with little traffic, lined with villas and gardens. Nature lovers will be enraptured by the birdsong that brightens every moment of the day. The space Two beautiful, high-quality single rooms in a residential house. The classic Italian style furnishings include a piano and, in the outdoor areas, a ping pong and a table for dining with friends. Every aspect of the house has been designed to be comfortable and make various corners pleasant to discover. A small library contains books in various languages. Guest access The 2 bedrooms have easy access form the entrance, but there are steps from the entrance to the living and from the living to the dining room (see photos). Other things to note Children are welcome! A cot, small toys and soft toys are available for them. Pets are welcome, as long as their owners avoid letting them loose in the garden and vegetable garden. Outside the property there are plenty of free green areas for everyone. Guests can bring their meals and eat them in the dining room. It is fobidden to eat in the bedroom, and to use the kitchen, but Silvia is happy to prepare a morning breakfast, and eventually a meal upon agreement and specific requests.
