Additionally, breakfast spots and restaurants are within 300 metres, and the nearest supermarkets 500 metres away. Lower Ground Floor The lower ground floor houses a spacious double en-suite bedroom. It is accessed from the games area and is enclosed on two sides by glass. This provides views to the games area on one side and out past the large jacuzzi to views of the valley beyond. The following are also located on this floor: Indoor Pool: 2.80 x 6.50 metres, depth 1.3 metres indoor pool. This can be heated in the cooler months of the year for an additional charge. Ground Floor On the entrance level is the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen featuring the 30ft central atrium which totally opens up the space and lets the sun flood in.
