Between the sea and the mountains, surrounded by vineyards and typical villages, you'll find everything you need for a peaceful, enjoyable holiday with plenty to do. The space In the centre of an authentic Provencal village, in a peaceful setting, close to the motorway and TGV train station, 30 minutes from the sea and 45 minutes from the Verdon gorges. This very original 3 levels house is fully equipped with electrical appliances, crockery, household linen, bed sheets, towels and bath sheets. This is a very pleasant house for holidays with family or friends, as it is very spacious and friendly. Pretty, discreet garden, out of sight, private terrace and swimming pool, large shaded area for lunch or dinner, barbecue. Very large dining room opening onto the kitchen on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a large lounge with fireplace, pool table, table football and a private bedroom with shower and WC. On the 2nd floor there are 3 large bedrooms, 1 of which has 2 bunk beds, making a total of 10 beds. Large bathroom with shower, bath and 2 washbasins. Free parking in front of the house. Other things to note The house is very pleasant to live in, as it is spacious and well insulated. It is not air-conditioned, but the rule in our region is to open the shutters and windows in the evening and close them during the day to keep the inside cool. It's a fairly simple zero-carbon air-conditioning system to help protect our environment and avoid over-consumption of non-renewable energy! Fans are available if needed. WiFi is available throughout the house. Parking is free.
