Quiet Springtown house - Private room and bath

Cute bedroom for two guests on a queen size bed! Located Northwest of Fort Worth, this location is a quick 15 mins drive to Lake Worth. It comes with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Guests will have their own private bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer are open to guests as well. Convenient location to local attractions such as Burger’s Lake! This room is equipped with its own Roku device for streaming! The space This is a one story house in a newly established neighborhood. Tends to be a quiet neighborhood and lots of families and retirees here. Brookshire’s grocery is a minute drive from here and a handful of food options within 3 minute drive. Smoky, a friendly black cat, is our indoor/outdoor cat. He is at our house most days and likes to be petted. Guest access Hallway, laundry room, private bathroom. Other parts of the house are not accessible. During your stay We both work from home so you will see us but we rarely go into the guest area. The guest area does feel separate, and a little hidden, from the main living area. Other things to note Smoky is not a fan of dogs.
