The space Queen bed is open to living area with fold-out futon and loft. Loft has two twin beds, but is not suitable for young children due to ladder access. Kitchenette has double burner hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, fridge and freezer, plus dishes and utensils.
