This one has a fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher and washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, kitchen sink, as well as a wide range of small household appliances: toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Dining room prepared for 4 people and a living area with sofa and Smart TV and incredible views to the river. This apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is located in an attic and is also a suite, prepared to accommodate 4 people in 2 comfortable double beds. All bathrooms have heated floors and anti-fog glass for your comfort. It also has a free private garage in the building for 1 car. It is definitely a luxury and elegant apartment, ideal for spending a few quiet days, with fantastic views over the Douro River and the city of Porto. Guest access All areas of the apartment are available for guests with complete privacy. Other things to note Please note that the tourist tax is payable on the accommodation: 2,5 euros per person per night (up to 7 nights). Invoice will be issued in the name of the final customer.
