Other rules to note 1. We don't allow loud music post 8 pm 2. Pool access from 8 am to 8 pm in proper swimwear 3. No smoking indoors 4. No events or parties allowed 5. Only 1 visitor allowed. They can't stay at night 6. 25% of booking amount will be collected as deposit 7. Guests under 18 are not allowed Guest access Your entire 1BHK along with the common areas of the building Other things to note 1. We collect 25% of your booking amount as a refundable security deposit. 2. Pets are not allowed at the property 3. Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed 4. Passport, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proofs 5. Smoking in your balcony is allowed. Please refrain from smoking indoors. 6. We do not allow private parties or events. 7. Drinking around the swimming pool area is allowed. 8. It is compulsory to wear a swimsuit before you get into the pool. 9. Please note that the pool timings are from 8:00am -10:00pm only. 10.This property is accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. We provide a wheelchair at the property. 11. Car parking is available on a first cum first serve basis 12. Single visitor per apartment is allowed with a valid ID and can't stay overnight 13. For food - you can order in on Swiggy/Zomato 14.
