A newly renovated 100yo railway cottage in the heart of Benalla which boasts modern conveniences whilst maintaining old world charm. The house is perfectly situated on a quiet street within walking distance from the main street, railway station and Lake Benalla, and only a few minutes from the Hume Hwy. The space This house generously sleeps 6 with cheaper options for smaller groups. It offers 2 queen beds (in separate rooms) and 2 single beds, with a private ensuite off the master bedroom as well as a main bathroom complete with European laundry. The open plan living, kitchen dining area overlooks the private backyard and spills out onto the back deck for more space in the warmer months. A bonus rumpus room includes a foosball table and a piano for those who are so inclined. Guest access Access is granted to the entire house, but please respect our cleaner, by only using the rooms/beds that you require/booked. An additional linen charge of $30 per night will be incurred for two people who use two beds. Guests must request the extra bed BEFORE BOOKING. Any damage to the property or contents broken/missing will also incur extra charges.
