Welcome to Horton Shores, a three bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house oasis nestled on a gorgeous sandy beach on the Ottawa River just 45 minutes west of Ottawa. The space With breathtaking sunrises, this beach house exudes a calming, resort-style vacation vibe. With a panoramic view of the Ottawa River, a hot tub overlooking an expansive sandy beach, and a subtle coastal décor, this stylish vacation property will make you feel like you are basking in the Caribbean. Upon entering, you arrive in the kitchen which is well equipped with all amenities to effortlessly cook your favourite fare. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area, with large windows that spread across the front of the beach house offering stunning views from every angle of the open concept space. A smart TV with all your favourite streaming apps, along with basic cable and highspeed internet are available, including an additional television in the primary bedroom. Three spacious bedrooms provide a comfortable space to relax and unwind, each with new beds, linens and décor. The primary bedroom features a stunning vaulted ceiling, views of the outdoor hot tub overlooking the river, a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, in a bright and comfortable space with reading lamps on each side of the bed as well as a closet to unpack for your stay. The third bedroom features two twin beds, with plenty of space including two large closets. All bedrooms include room darkening curtains to allow for ultimate rest and relaxation. A second full bathroom is located adjacent to the second and third bedrooms which feature a full bath/shower, plenty of storage space. Fresh bath towels are provided for bathing/showering, and fresh beach towels are provided for outdoor/hot tub use. Outside is a lavish designer-style patio, flanked by flagstone rocks overlooking the 50 feet of sandy beach and shoreline. Two comfortable patio lounge chairs are provided, as well as an outdoor dining area, and propane barbeque for your outdoor cooking pleasure. On the beach you will find 4 Adirondack chairs, a kayak and a stand-up paddle board. 2 adult life jackets and 2 child-size life jackets are located inside the cottage in the entry closet. Located just 40 minutes West of Ottawa, Canada’s national capital, Horton Shores is also just 10 minutes from the Town of Renfrew, and 17 from the Town Arnprior, both of which offer plenty of local shopping, and dining experiences, as well as seasonal farmers markets, historic movie theatres offering the latest Hollywood films, and plenty of nearby recreational opportunities for all seasons including boating with a boat launch just 2 minutes from the property, skidoo trails, Calabogie Peaks ski hill, and so much more. Also nearby is Logos Land Waterpark for the kids in the summer, Sand Point Golf Course and the Renfrew Golf Course, and Wilderness Tours Whitewater Rafting, and the Whitewater Brewery and Restaurant.
