Built circa 1862 we have recently renovated and modernised for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Edinburgh. There are steps at the entrance to access the hallway and kitchen where complimentary breakfast and drinks facilities are provided. The staircase leads to the bright king-size bedroom with smart TV, oak sideboard, bedside tables and hanging space for storage of your clothes and belongings. There is also a comfortable reading chair and lamp, bedside lamps and access to additional linens and towels. You have exclusive use of the adjacent high-spec bathroom. Located on a quiet side street with a small children's playpark to the front, gardens & river to the rear. The Shore area offers a varied selection of coffee shops, cafés restaurants, bars and pubs, shops and galleries, all within walking distance for brunches, lunches and dinners. A supermarket, convenience stores and takeaway restaurants are also available nearby. EV charging / 24 hour parking is available a 12 minute walk away. Guest access Entrance hallway, 3 steps up to kitchen/diner on street level. Stairway down to hallway, bedroom and adjacent shower-room/ toilet. During your stay I am an available host, although often away from the home when guests are staying.
