We want you to have the best experience on your visit to the city of Oaxaca, so we ask you to carefully read the description and house rules before booking. El Veintiocho is located on the second floor of a simple hotel in the historic center. It is a small room with a king size bed, private bathroom, cable TV and fan. The space The biggest advantage of this space is its location, three blocks from the zocalo and four blocks from the markets, although it is not a luxurious room with many services, the proximity to places of interest is unparalleled. To give you the autonomy you need, no one will enter your room during your stay, therefore, the room is NOT cleaned or the sheets are changed, if you require either of these two services you will be charged extra. All rooms intended for use by guests booking through Airbnb do NOT have parking space. We issue invoices, prices already include VAT. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to message or call me and I'll try to resolve it as soon as possible. Hotel staff are not authorized to resolve any questions or issues unless directed to do so by the co-host or host. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm; neither of these two times is subject to changes or exceptions. Of course, we can store your belongings before check-in. The hotel closes its doors at midnight. If you need to leave or arrive during the night, the night watchman will facilitate your entry or exit at any time. Please note that this is an affordable space and that the fee is not that of a hotel, it is just an AIRBNB. Other things to note It is a small hotel and the street on which it is located is traveled by cars and trucks at all hours of the day, so there may be a lot of noise in the mornings; you also have to consider the other guests who can bring children and they make noise. At night, although the noise decreases, we are not exempt from noise from cars entering or other people making noise. The room will NOT be cleaned during your stay, if you require this service there will be an extra cost.
