Guest access Apartment Location: 38 Rose Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000. The apartment is all yours, including access to communal facilities on level 6: • Large landscaped rooftop Garden • Indoor-heated Pool (from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.) • Well-equipped Gym (from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.) The parking spot is $30/night for one car. (Maximum height limit is 2 meters). Please book it with us in advance as it's a shared parking. Other things to note Please note that our place is NOT a hotel. We kindly ask that our guests respect our neighbors during your stay. The building manager is not involved with our operations and will not provide services for guests. For any assistance, please contact us directly through the Airbnb platform. DO NOT hand your keys to the building manager. If keys are lost, please contact us immediately; note that there will be a fee for replacements. #Check-in & check-out# Our regular CHECK-IN time is after 3:00 pm, and the CHECK-OUT time is before 10:00 am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please request it now. The cleaning company will charge $10/hour from the regular time (maximum 2 hours, limited availability). We kindly request that you check out on time to avoid delays in our housekeeping schedule. A fee starting from $30 may apply for late check-outs. Thank you for your understanding. #If you lock yourself out of the room, you can call us to help any time from 10am to 5pm. HOWEVER we will charge $30 service fee for this after 5pm. #Lost and found# If you have any lost items, failure to contact us for retrieval within TEN days will be considered as abandonment. If the lost item needs to be mailed, we will charge a $30 service fee plus postage. #Strictly NO Party# We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and loud music. Building security will be called out if residents report noise, which will result in guests being vacated from the apartment, with NO refund. #NO DRINKING in Common Area# Drinking alcohol in common area outside the apartment in the building is also not allowed. If such behaviour is recognized by the building management, penalty fee will be charged by them #Smoking Free# Smoking is strictly prohibited. In the event of a false alarm triggered by cooking, please open balcony doors and windows to allow the steam/smoke to escape and turn on bathroom exhaust fans. DO NOT open the apartment door to the hallway, as the smoke detectors in the hallway will call for fire engines instantly. #No Pets# Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to hygiene reasons. #Lost Key# Any lost key (include but not limited to room key and parking key) will incur a key replacement fee of $500/key. Please keep safe and good care of the keys. #Luggage Storage# Luggage storage is $30 for up to 5-6 bags, available from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, subject to feasibility. #Extra Bed# A double bed is for two guests; bedding is provided accordingly. Extra bed use is $15/day if needed. Please inform us at least one day in advance and complete payment to have it prepared.
