Each bedroom room (except the maid room) is equipped with embedded closets and room-darkening shades for added privacy and uninterrupted sleep. An Air conditioning unit in each of the dining room, living room and bedrooms (except the maid room and kitchen) ensures cool comfort throughout the warmer months. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals with ease. From a gas stove and refrigerator to a microwave and electric kettle, all appliances are modern and user-friendly. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before a day of sightseeing or cooking a full dinner for the group, you'll find a full set of cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware at your disposal. There’s even ample counter space for food preparation and upper and lower cabinets for convenient storage, making it easy to keep the area tidy and organized. Just adjacent to the kitchen, the dedicated dining area creates a warm, welcoming space to enjoy meals together. Featuring a stylish table with comfortable seating for up to six persons, it’s ideal for everything from casual breakfasts to candlelit dinners. Enjoy the convenience of two sleek, contemporary bathrooms stocked with all essential amenities to make your stay hassle-free. The maid bathroom is located within the maid’s quarters and offers added flexibility, particularly valuable for larger groups or extended visits. The maid’s quarter include a Washing machine with drying rack, Iron & ironing board and the necessary floor mops and buckets for cleaning. Guest access For energy efficiency and affordable stay costs, one key/card to enter/lit each apartment is provided. If key and card are separated, a penalty fee of $20 per night will apply. For Guests who require an additional key/card an additional charge of $20 per night will apply. To be paid at the check in. For guests who do not want to park on the street and require the access to the private parking, please note that a daily fee of $2 per car will apply once access is granted. The private parking is gated, insured and lit at night. For those looking to stay active and energized, the property also includes a well-maintained mini football court with one basketball ring, perfect for a casual game, some friendly competition, or simply enjoying the outdoors during your stay. We kindly ask that parents or guardians keep a watchful eye on their children while on the mini-football court, Roof, balconies, and lift as their safety is their own responsibility. Other things to note The building has been constructed to withstand a seismic wave of 7.5 Richter. Each Apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, a mono carbon detector and a portable 4KG ABC Powder Fire Extinguisher. All windows are double glazed The building has two underground water tanks with a capacity of 30 tons. It has an earthing system The boiler room is equipped with fully functional twelve independent boilers (one or each Apartment) For long stays only (> two weeks) Gas tank refills for the kitchen are coordinated with the concierge and are at the guest’s expense. Extra services (multiple cleaning, additional towels, etc.) will be available upon request for an additional fee.
