Comfortable duplex/tiny house located in the northern part of the Balneario de La Esmeralda de Colan with access to the beach , we provide in the same space privacy and tranquility. The property faces the sea ,witnessing beautiful sunsets and no noise that may make guests uncomfortable. There are 02 Kayacs that you can use with prior coordination and we have beach palettes. Other things to note reservations on New Year's, Easter, and Fiestas Patrias will have a minimum of 4 nights.
