The Tree House is a newly completed custom waterfront home that blends Adirondack comfort with modern luxury. Our home is built into a cliffside and offers multiple decks, 3 bedrooms including a private primary suite, an outfitted gourmet kitchen, and 40' private dock. Lake George has been important to our family for generations and we hope you'll visit and fall in love with it too! It’s the perfect place to gather with friends and family, and retreat to the quiet of northern Lake George! With over 100ft of lake frontage, the Tree House offers expansive views of Lake George from the comfort of a brand-new 3 bed, 2.5 bath home built into the cliffside. Split among 2 levels (+ loft space), the primary suite provides a secluded getaway, while the other two bedrooms on the lower level are equal parts luxurious and cozy. You'll enjoy everything Lake George has to offer in our year-round slice of paradise nestled into a quiet & private community tucked away in Adirondack State Park. You'll have access to the entire house and property, including a lake-side area with picnic table, 2 kayaks, a stand-up paddle board and 40' dock with swim ladder. Gull Bay Town beach is a quick 5 minute drive from the house. The beach is clean, sandy and quiet. Great for little ones. Full access to 65 acres of association land with hiking trails. Snowmobile trails can be accessed nearby. We are available via message throughout the entirety of your stay. While we do not live onsite, we have plenty of neighbors and friends available should you need something urgently. The Tree House, while in a close-knit family community, is quite remote. Ticonderoga is the closest real town for grocery shopping and other essentials. While at the tree house, feel free to walk the community roads or hike our trails nearby. - We allow up to 3 dogs during your stay, but they MUST be declared in the booking request and confirmed with the Host beforehand. There is a small, upfront cost associated with bringing your pet simply due to increased cleaning. - The house can accommodate parking for 2 vehicles, maximum. Any additional vehicles (as well as boat trailers) can be parked up the hill on association property. - Though the house is private and secluded, it is part of a small community with neighbors nearby. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted nor tolerated. - The house is a full 4-season home, complete with heat and climate controls. If you are booking a stay in the winter months, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to get to the home. While the community is quite busy and welcoming in the summer months, it is quiet and peaceful during the winter. - If bringing or renting a boat during your stay, there is size limit of 24'.
