Centrally located Set in the best Gastronomic Route in PR “La Ruta del Lechón” , 15 minutes to the Four Points Casino and 30 minutes to San Juan with all the must have ammenities. You will love Guavate! The space In the heart of Guavate, exclusive private access to river front. Entrance off the main road, safe and big parking area for up to five cars. Guest access Guests have access to a 24 feet by 12 feet above ground swimming pool and hot spa jacuzzi just steps from the house , a roof top terrace for amazing sunrises and sunsets, a grill area with plenty of seating and entertainment opportunities such as beer pong or Uno, or our local game of Briscas, no time to be bored, or just relax on one of the two hamacs available, walk along our 300 feet river front or take a daring plunge in the river at only 6.5 feet deep is a great place for spending an entire day immerse in nature. We call it our natural swimming pool. There is guided access to farm animals such as sheep, horses, roosters, our pig Rosita and our dogs. Let us know if you would like to feed or pet a horse or any of the other animals, is all included! Lastly let’s not forget walking distance to Guavate, PR's best gastronomic route, you will love it. Hot tub is for adults only. Children are not allowed by themselves anywhere in the property. Other things to note We offer everything you would need at a great price. We love treating our guests as we like to be treated. Only pack your clothes for the amazing pictures, and if you forget something as a toothbrush or razor, no panic we have some at a very low price . There are amazing restaurants at just a couple minute drive or about 7 minutes walk, but if you are on a budget, you would love to know that we have a fully stacked kitchen. Visit our local bakery or grocery store minutes from the house for supplies.
