Plus, Ponce City Market, Buckhead, Downtown Atlanta, and other local attractions are all less than a 15-minute drive away! - 1 Bedroom: Spacious bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, 6-shelf hanging organizer for clothing and footwear, and a smart TV. - 1 Bathroom: Well-appointed bathroom, complete with a stand-alone shower. - Living Space: Cozy living area, where you'll find a smart TV and a beautifully preserved decorative fireplace that adds to the home's charm. - Work & Reading Area: A dedicated workspace doubles as a serene reading room, perfect for unwinding. - Kitchen: Cook and dine in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, bathed in natural light from huge windows. - Sunroom: Start your day in the furnished enclosed sunroom, ideal for sipping coffee or tea, or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while people-watching. - Outdoor Space: Unwind in the outdoor sitting area, perfect for bonding and relaxation. However, this unit is private with a private entrance, and no shared spaces. *This is a strictly non-smoking property whether used indoors or outdoors. *The home is not handicap-accessible. *Not ideal for children and pets. *The fireplace & dishwasher are for display only, and not for use. *Please be mindful that this is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood.
