All-Season Winnipeg Beach Cottage Retreat

Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy the lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat, featuring a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed Internet, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with heated tile floors, large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ. The space We welcome our guests to our 900 sq. ft. private property located in a quiet area in the charming resort community of Winnipeg Beach. Our cottage is a one hour drive from downtown Winnipeg and is the perfect all-season retreat. Enjoy quiet walks through the community and the nearby marina, and enjoy beach access just one block east. The open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combination features a kitchen island with two bar stools, a dining room table that seats four, major appliances including a microwave, fridge and oven, and a wood-burning stove. Curl up on the large sectional and read a good book, watch your favourite streaming service or a DVD on the smart TV, and enjoy in-ceiling speaker sound. The cottage features three private bedrooms (two queen beds and one double bed), and a full bathroom featuring an extra-large walk-in shower, large vanity, *new for 2026* heated tile flooring, and a Samsung washer and dryer. Enjoy the large south-facing, two-tier front deck with BBQ, umbrella and dining table, as well as high speed Internet. Guest access Enjoy a large yard with a south-facing, two-tiered front deck with BBQ, and an outdoor fire pit with gazebo and sectional in the backyard. Other things to note Guests will enjoy a fully functional kitchen stocked with pots, pans, slow cooker, panini press, toaster, cooking utensils, dinnerware and glassware. A coffee maker, coffee, filters and sugar are provided. Propane for the barbecue, clean linens, pillows and towels are supplied, as well as basic cleaning products. For hot summer days, we have two AC window units (one in the primary bedroom and one in the front room), and two small fans in the middle bedrooms. For our guests’ safety, we have installed a Nest smoke/CO detector, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
