FLOYD Apartments for groups!

Two cozy apartments one next door the other, located in the center of Vedado, across the University of Havana, near 23rd Avenue, Napoleon Museum and the city nightlife. You will have total privacy and a great base to go around and discover the magic of Havana! We are all fluent in English and will love to help with anything you may need before and during your trip. Unique features: Free Wifi Internet - Purified water available for a fee. The space Both apartments have comfortable furniture, that guarantees a nice stay. In the first apartment there's a wide double bed in the bedroom for two people, and the sofa bed in the hall allows two more people. In the second apartment, there are two single beds in the bedroom (if the guests request it, we can join both firmly making a big queen bed) allowing two persons. The place is very quiet, with simple deco, and nice views. The apartments are supplied with hot/cold water supply 24 hours. A unique extra: we have a supply of purified water 19L bottles at the apartment available for our guests, and a hot/cold water dispenser. Let us know if you want to purchase one or more bottles for your stay. This is very convenient so you don't need to worry about buying and carry water around. Guest access Each apartment have hall after the entrance, equipped kitchen (refrigerator, range, coffeepot, etc.), a wonderful balcony for breakfasts or meals, bedroom (equipped with AC, TV), and a bathroom (24 hours hot/cold water). These are independent apartments, so the guests can make total use of the spaces, furniture and equipment of the accommodations. Other things to note There are several WIFI Internet spots a few blocks close to the apartment. You can park your car in the street beside the building for free, if you want an official parking area you can get the service for a fee very close to the apartment.
