Spend your time unwinding on your Gulf Coast getaway or go to the beach, just a few blocks away! The space Property provides spacious rooms and amenities for a home-away-from-home. Kitchen is well equipped for home-made meals along with a large family-style dining room and stand-alone bar. Free WiFi with smart TVs throughout the home and game room with Foosball & PacMan, a putting green and Cornhole set. Laundry units available for use and plenty of space to relax in the front and back porches. The house offers three separate bedrooms (queen, queen, and full) along with two bathrooms. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house. Other things to note Beach chairs and towels available to use for free. Dogs are allowed with $119 fee per pet per stay, up to 50lbs. There is a maximum number of pets allowed. No other type of animals permitted. Fee for additional guests, if not listed in the initial booking. Please let host know for further information. No smoking inside house. $400 cleaning fee added for smoking of any kind inside residence. There are ash trays outside in front and back. Gulfport has a train system and you may hear the train occasionally while staying at the property. Although there are no steps inside the home, there are 2-3 steps on the exterior to enter the house. There are exterior cameras in front and back of the house for safety and security - none inside the home. Please no sitting on furniture with wet or sandy clothes. Any damage or destruction to the home may incur extra charges to the guests. Please no eating or drinking inside the bedrooms, except for water - but use a coaster, as water damage can occur on furniture.
