I am happy to host you in my family home located in THORENS-GLIERES (FILLIERE). The house (3 bedrooms, 3 double beds), is located on a large flat and wooded plot, where you can fully enjoy relaxation as well as active holidays nearby (hiking, skiing, sightseeing, caving...). Charming village with many shops within walking distance in 5 minutes. Linens and towels provided. Microwave, fondue and raclette machines, tabletop barbecue... The space Ideally located to explore the surroundings, and close to the iconic places of Haute-Savoie. Some examples: - Plateau des Glières (many hikes, Nordic ski area with 25 km of cross-country trails, snowshoeing, climbing): 20 minutes - La Clusaz and the Aravis ski resorts (50 minutes). - Annecy (train station, with daily bus to Thorens: 4 round trips/day from Mon to Sat): 26 minutes - Annecy and its lake (Albigny Beach): 26 minutes - Geneva (airport): 36 minutes - Yvoire (classified village) and Lake Geneva: 52 minutes - Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget (45 min). - Chamonix/L'Aiguille du Midi: 60 minutes... - Vitam Water Park in Neydens (30 minutes) Guest access You will have access to the first level (100 m2) consisting of a kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. As well as the large 2400 m² garden with 2 terraces and the laundry room located in the basement (washing machine). A large courtyard for free vehicle parking is also available. The accommodation is completely private. I don't live in the house when it's rented (the floor is simply locked for storage). I will contact you a few days before the scheduled date to inform you by phone of the check-in procedures, depending on whether I am present on site or whether it is a self check-in.
