Two bedrooms feature direct access to the pool area, and every room is equipped with a TV. For families with young children, a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and stroller are also available. ### Guest Access You will have private access to the entire house, the fenced-in backyard, and all listed amenities. Two small closets will remain locked for owner storage. ### The Neighborhood Our home is located in a quiet, clean, and friendly neighborhood in the heart of the Tampa Bay area. You're just minutes away from a wide array of local attractions. Explore the famous Pinellas Trail, located just two minutes away, or visit the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. Nearby beaches like Honeymoon Island, Crystal Beach, and Howard Park are all within a 5 to 15-minute drive. For a unique local experience, a primate sanctuary is located just behind the neighborhood. ### Getting Around With 4 adult bikes provided (helmets not included), and a local bike rental shop nearby for extra bikes, you can easily hop on the scenic Pinellas Trail to explore downtown Palm Harbor, Dunedin, and Tarpon Springs. Most local attractions and beaches are a short 5 to 15-minute drive away. From the canal, you can also access islands like 3 Rooker Island by boat. ### House Rules * Pets are welcome! The backyard is fully fenced for their safety. A large dog crate is available if needed. * If you plan to bring your own boat, please be aware of height restrictions for canal access. Contact us for specific details before your arrival. ### Important Information ***Pool Heater:** Use of the pool heater is available for an additional daily fee. The heater is set to a maximum of 85 degrees to provide warmth, not hot-tub temperatures. Please request this service at least one day prior to check-in to allow time for the pool to heat. ***Boat & Jet Ski Rentals:** Interested in renting a boat or jet ski during your stay? Please inquire with us on local rental companies. We highly recommend booking in advance as availability is limited. ***Property Updates:** We are always updating the home for our guests.
