This is a cosy apartment with two tastefully furnished bedrooms with Queen Size Beds, attached western toilets and showers. Both the bedrooms are Air-Conditioned to help you beat the heat. It has a large drawing-cum-dining room which works as sitting area as well as meeting area. The living area does not have AC. The living room has TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has Hi Speed WiFi. Apart from the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you can order home-made food from us. Breakfast is at Rs. 200/person and meals are at Rs. 300/- per person(For minimum order of 3). For less then three 100 Rs Extra.. Moreover, you have choice of as many as 25 restaurants within a radius of 1.5 km offering various cuisines! There is also free parking, both covered and uncovered for your vehicle in the building. We are conveniently close to our local Sector 4 market of Vaishali which has lively restaurants, bars, pharmacies & convenient Forex shops to exchange currency. The nearest metro is just 5 minutes walking. Our managers Deepanshu and Deepak are always on hand to help you navigate the local area, walk you to our local market, help you get taxis or tuk-tuks, take you to a reliable Foreign exchange outlet and help you set yourself up with a local SIM card for your phone - everything you need to get you started on your India adventure! We are very very central - a 5 minute drive from Anand Vihar ISBT, and just 30 minutes away from the city-centre Connaught Place. If you choose to take metro for Connaught Place, it is ride of just 17 minutes from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station on blue line. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building. It is extremely private and fitted with all the mod-cons: heater/Airconditioners, TV & cable, DVD player, refrigerator, and showers, Hi Speed Wifi. - To avoid misuse of electricity, we have installed sub meter, of which, the guest can note reading at the time of check in and at the time of check out. Any electricity consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged @ Rs. 9/- per unit and collected at the time of check out. Guest access Our guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the fully equipped kitchen. They also have access to a free parking spot for their vehicle in the building. Please note that drawing room does not have aircon. We ourselves have traveled world over and understand the importance of assistance for the travel needs of guest. We shall surely assist you for cab, metro routes, train tickets or flight booking. We have a dedicated manager, Mr. Deepanshu to assist you with your stay. Other things to note We have excellent cooking facilities and we provide homely food...very very healthy and tasty. Please look at guidebook for prices of food. We provide services of care taker and also have RO water machine for safe drinking water. Both the bed rooms are air conditioned whereas living area has fan, no ac. Please note that the building gate would remain closed between 11 pm and 6 am as per society rules. No entry or exit would be possible during this night curfew time. We have traveled world over and understand the importance of assistance for the travel needs of guest. We shall surely assist you for cab, metro routes, train tickets or flight booking. An Early Check-in (before 2 pm on the 1st day of your booking) depends on whether there are guests staying the previous day. If we do not have guests staying the previous day, we shall certainly accommodate you! As per government law, use of any narcotics drug including marijuana is strictly prohibited. We discourage consumption of alcohol and the apartment is not available for parties where alcohol and smoking is used.
