King Room 16 @ The Park Inn Hotel

This sleek space creates a trendy backdrop for your stay. This newly renovated building houses guests over the top of The Park Inn Pub which has been one of Folkestone's popular meeting points for decades! Guests enjoy their own private side entrance and have direct access to the attached restaurant "Thong Dees Thai" which is definitely worth a visit. Everything you want to explore is right outside the door of this place including Folkestone's Central Train Station! The space There are 6 King-sized rooms at this property, each room can suit a maximum guest count of 2 people. You will enjoy a room with a private en-suite bathroom and have full access to tea and coffee facilities, fresh towels and free Wi-fi. Each room has a flat screen smart television for our guests to enjoy. A hairdryer, and iron and a ironing board are available upon request and a room fan should you need these things your check in paperwork has the details of how we can get these to you. The pub is completely separate to the area of the hotel although you will initially enter through the pub entrance, once you have your paperwork you will enjoy your own secure access door on the side of the building which leads directly to a reception area and a exclusive entrance to the in house authentic Thai restaurant we are very proud of, "Thong Dees Thai @ The Park Inn Hotel". The rooms are very individual, and we like to think quirky and charming. It is a old building so the rooms are all of different layouts and sizes therefore each has its own individual theme and personality. Guest access Guests check in via the main entrance of the Pub. The pub is newly refurbished also, and has 6 HD multi-view televisions for our sports fans. There are 3 seating areas, equipped with benches and umbrellas as it can get hot out to the front of the building - it is quite the sun trap! The terrace to the rear offers a shelter for the less summery days, so our guests can enjoy being outside without getting wet. It can be a lively pub, so perhaps enjoy a drink or please do not hesitate to let the helpful bar staff know you are here for the hotel, as guests comfort is our priority and you will be shown through to reception. For our guests that do not wish to frequent pubs this is the last you will have to step foot in the public area should you choose as your keys have a separate access key to an exclusive entrance. The rooms are situated on the third floor of the building, which is perfect for separating the buzz of a busy pub from the peace we provide our guests in the hotel. Other things to note Pictures are of Room 16 one of the six King-sized Rooms available at our hotel, these rooms are sold separately. Parking Permits for 24 hours outside the property are available for £5 which can be organised upon check in. Check in times are strictly 3pm onwards as we are a family run establishment and like to make sure your rooms are prepared to perfection for your stay!
