One-Bedroom Condo The spacious one-bedroom condo features a master bedroom, dining room/living space, kitchen and washrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and flatscreen tv. The bathroom has air jetted tub. The dining area attaches to the fully equipped kitchen with radiant floor heating to keep you cozy in the cool winter months. The adjoining living space offers seating for three with a leather arm chairs and a pull out couch. The space 1 Queen size beds in separate bedrooms 1 bathrooms 2 flatscreen TVs Full kitchen Leather pull-out sofa (sleeps one person) Heated floors Air-jetted tub and ceramic shower 3-person maximum Other things to note The resort offers a range of outdoor activities in the summer months including kayaking and rafting, guided hiking and caving tours and boat tours to the beautiful Bay of Islands. A spa and gym facilities are located on the property at an additional charge, guests receive a discounted rate. Taxes - all fees or rates are subject to Canadian HST at 15% - this will not be collected by AirBnB as part of the booking process but will be collected on arrival by ourselves. Quoted rates are NET of HST. Housekeeping Housekeeping has moved to a green service. This service is better for the environment and assures minimal contact between guests and staff. There will no longer be a daily service, but a towel exchange can be arranged with the front desk ($5 per service for room only rates, included with resort rates) the parcel with supplies will be left inside your door and you can leave old towels in the bag provided, and place outside your door for pickup. Rooms have also been disinfected before arrival ,our procedure for cleaning between guests includes the following: Stripping – The items from the last guest are removed including all linens, personal items and waste Sanitizing – All hard surfaces are sprayed down and left to set Fogging – Room is fogged with a disinfectant that will get in every nook and cranny Airing – All Windows will be opened to let fresh air into the room Cleaning – All fixtures, counters, appliances, and often used surfaces will be wiped and regular cleaning will commence Set – up – Room will be reset for next guest arrival with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries Sanitizing – Final sanitization occurs Inspection Stickers - placed on doors to ensure the room is sanitized, inspected and has not been opened since.
