We don’t book rentals during external events, ensuring your peace. River Access: Enjoy access to the Rogue River via a shared lawn, though the unit lacks a direct river view. Beautiful Grounds: Occasional landscaping may occur to keep our property pristine. Security: Exterior-only security cameras are in place for safety; no cameras are inside any buildings. House Rules: No large gatherings or parties (strictly enforced). One dedicated parking spot; max 4 guests, with only registered guests permitted inside. Gated Access: A remote is provided for seamless entry to our secure property. Service or ESA animals: due to owner suffering from severe allergies, we cannot accommodate any service animals.
