Casa Coruja - The Owl's House - is an amazing and cozy 2 bed family home located just outside of Luz town, but within walking distance to the shops (10 min) and beach (15 min). This makes it the perfect destination for a family or two responsible couples who want to enjoy their holiday close to the beach and the lively seaside town but in calm surroundings. The space From the moment you arrive at Casa Coruja, you will notice the many years of love that the owners have invested in this small Villa. The garden is well cared for, with beautiful fruit trees and a variety of plants and hedges. The private pool and adjacent terrace offer a great view of the sea, but climb up to the roof terrace and marvel at the panoramic view it provides. The house itself is cozy, comfortable and has 2 bedrooms (with capacity for up to 5 people) and 2 separate bathrooms. The living room with dining table and adjacent kitchen is a blend of traditional construction and comfortable modern furniture. The house is ideal for a family, with a double bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. All beds are comfortable, being modern boxspring beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, so when you're done exploring the many restaurants in Luz, you can prepare a party and enjoy a summer night in the breeze of the terrace at home. And if you're lucky enough to arrive at the right time, you can taste the fresh fruits from the trees in the garden! The house is located on the outskirts of the center of the village of Luz, in a residential area with several houses around Casa Coruja - so you don't feel isolated. There are a few restaurants around the corner, and the village center is only a 10-minute walk from the house. The beach can be reached in 15 minutes. The house is perfectly located for those who want to be close to the excitement that any beach house has to offer, but far enough away to enjoy the calm and tranquility.
