We offer monthly prices at a discount, but they do not include electrical usage, bottled water refills nor maid/laundry service Guest access Guests have access to all of the property, which includes a small patio and 2 car parking spots in front. PRIVATE ENTRANCE Other things to note Casa Bohemia is fully air conditioned, with a mini-split in each room. Electricity on the island is very expensive and we like to help you reduce your carbon imprint, so please turn on only in rooms you are using and only while in the home. It only takes a few minutes to cool off each room. For stays longer than 8 days, mid stay maid service is included in the price.
