Dog-friendly furnished apartment on the lower level of a townhome overlooking Plum Creek Golf Course. Just a 1-minute walk to the lake with a 1.5-mile trail and fishing docks. While there’s no private fenced yard, there’s a large off-leash dog park just steps away and the lake trail is perfect for your pup. Perfect for traveling nurses, remote workers, or professionals—only 10 minutes from the hospital. Peaceful, walkable neighborhood near shopping, dining, and I-35 access. The space The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 closet and a full bathroom. The main living space has a small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and sink. The bedroom has a dresser and TV. Shared washer and dryer area downstairs with easy access for guests! We also use the washer and dryer so if a schedule is needed we are happy to arrange. Guest access Guests have access to the shared washer and dryer, front yard seating area, dog park and lake trails. Other things to note Please note, that if you have pet allergies, our place may not be ideal for you. We do try our best to keep the guest apartment as clean as possible, we and our pets enjoy the space in between guests. If you are looking to stay longer than our calendar allows please let us know.
