There is a washing machine in the kitchen. The living room houses a sofa, coffee table, TV stand, and smart TV. Free, unlimited wireless internet. The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets. There are airconditioners in each room, on cold and hot mode. From the living room, there is access to a spacious partly covered balcony and private yard that has outside furniture and has a pool view. Bed linen, bath and face towels, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board are provided. The complex has a communal swimming pool and a beautiful, green, well-groomed area. The apartment has private free parking space. Other things to note ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price and is paid separately in cash upon departure at the rate of 0.35 € per kw/h always according to the meter reading. Bed line, bath and face towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Free Internet/Wifi Please do not throw papers down the toilet, use the bins provided. When guests move the furniture, they are kindly asked to return them back to its original place. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Additional Rules: Please be aware of there before you come 1. TOWELS AND BED LINEN - Please take care of towels and bed linen. Towels only used for body. NO nail polish, NO make up/ lipstick, NO blood, NO food stains. Bath towels are forbidden to be taken out for swimming or any outside purpose. Damage and lost of the towels cost 10 euros for each piece. Damage of bed linen cost 20 euros set. 2. DAMAGE - Please inform us if any of product broken during your stay before you check out. We shall not fine you (unless big damage). Eg. cups, glasses, dishes and etc. but it is very important for us to replace them on time for next guests.
