Lovely modern apartment on the level and ground floor, with a parking space outside. Conveniently situated for all that Historic Dartmouth has to offer. River view glimpses. Within a block of four apartments, offering peace and quietness as enjoyed by other residents. Yet only a small walk on the seafront to shops, bars, and restaurants. We have put a lot of effort into our home , to make our guests comfortable. The space The apartment is set over two floors, 2 bedrooms 1 with super-king bed and glimpses of the river dart, 1 bathroom with large walk in shower. Comfortable lounge with new electric fire. Well equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table. French doors leading out to a decked courtyard, with a table & four chairs. Smart tv in lounge and master bedroom. Free WIFI. Free parking available outside front door. Sorry, no children, pets, stag and hen parties. Guest access Whole apartment available. Other things to note Parking directly outside the front door is a massive bonus for our apartment. Dartmouth does have a parking issue. Very few places to park all day & very expensive too
