Double Room & En-suite in Leicester

A comfortable private double room in our family home located in a quiet residential area. It has its own private entrance, ensuite, small dining area and free on-road parking. Please see our amenities list for everything we have to offer! We are well situated with good transport links to easily get around Leicester, ideal for a peaceful and convenient stay. The space On arrival you enter into a small dining area which contains a small dining table with 2 chairs, a microwave, plates and cutlery. You then go into the main bedroom which has a double bed, a desk and desk chair, a kettle and tea / coffee sachets, a mirror and somewhere to hang your clothes. Off the main bedroom there is an ensuite. Although this is small it has everything you need. It contains a toilet, sink and shower. We also provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There is x2 bath towels and x1 hand towel. During colder months we also provide a blanket and during warmer months we provide a standing fan. Guest access You enter via your own private entrance. The room, ensuite and dining area is yours. You do not have access to the rest of the house. During your stay We prefer you to message via airbnb if you need anything, however if it is urgent then you can ring me.
