Villa at the gates of Narbonne, in a small village. Suitable for good times for families or groups of friends. Not facing the neighborhood. Clear views of the vineyards. Please note that the pool does not have a barrier or roller shutter, not ideal if there are many small children. In high season, rental is only by the week, i.e. minimum 7 nights. No rentals for birthdays, parties and other festive stays, we prefer rentals to families. The space House outside the subdivision at the main entrance to the village. 15 km from Narbonne and the "Grands buffets", 30 minutes from the beaches (Gruissan, Narbonne beach), 45 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, classified village of Minerva 25 minutes away, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Spanish border. Shops and pharmacy nearby. Guest access The entire villa is available to guests except the garage. The house is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Other things to note We prefer family stays. During a short stay, sheets and towels are not provided. In high season, no overnight rental, only by the week.
