A/C unit is located in main living area we do not have A/C units in bedrooms Spacious kitchen and entryway Washer and Dryer located in bathroom, a shower/tub combo Moderately equipped kitchen and basic starter essentials are provided. Other things to note We are pet friendly - we are also a new remodel and our yard is still growing. We just ask to be cautious of any potential mud. We will provide towels for paws.
