Complimentary unlimited coffee, creamer , sugar and tea at your disposal, ice maker and filtered water to make you feel home away from home!!! Guest access ❤️Pool and hot tub are accessible all year round. ❤️Hot tub can be heated at NO additional charge. ❤️Pool can be heated in advance with an additional charge of $200 for the first day, and to keep it heated $50 for any additional consecutive day. Other things to note ⭐️ Early check-ins and late check-outs are allowed for an extra charge of $25 per each additional hour, subject to availability. ⭐️ Optional upgrade: Family room can be converted into a 5th bedroom with a queen-size bed for $150.
