The house features a master bedroom with a 270-degree breathtaking panoramic view and two smaller bedrooms with views of the mountains and eucalyptus trees. A spacious office/studio offers a tranquil space to work, read, listen to music, or take one of the mountain trails, while the fully-equipped yoga room/gym is perfect for staying fit during your stay. Relax in the spacious living room and dining area, next to the fireplace and the grand piano. Music lovers will enjoy our luxurious stereo system with a collection of over 1000 vinyls, while kids will enjoy the interactive xBox and slumber parties in the studio. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a professional-grade grill (both gas and charcoal), known locally as a "braai", for an exquisite dining experience. Lounge areas are also available for you to relax and unwind, while the chlorine-free eco pool fed by the mountain spring water is perfect for a refreshing dip. Sip your morning coffee looking over mountains and coy fish pond. For a true retreat, head up the mountain to our gazebo, which can be reached through various trails surrounded by fynbos, protea bushes, and seasonal flowers. This beautiful spot is perfect for meditation, watching the sunset with a glass of wine from the neighbouring vineyard, listen to sugar birds’ songs or doing yoga. Our house also features a fully-equipped guest house where our domestic employees live, with a maid to take care of the house if necessary. The gardener will also take care of your car and bring fresh eggs and produce from our garden. Please be aware that our amiable Pomeranian is a permanent resident on the premises, adding a touch of warmth to your stay. Our house is just 5 minutes away from Hout Bay harbour and the beach, and 7 minutes away from one of the most famous Llandudno beaches.
