In a few words: your Studio in the heart of the city - T1 redone on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of an old building; - Services to feel at home (coffee maker, hob, sheets & towels provided...); - Ideally located (Daurade/Capitole), check-in from 5 p.m. independently and a host who can be reached until 8 p.m.; - Some flaws and traces of time, but incredible charm and the assurance of a cozy stay :) The space Ideally located in the city center, this refurbished studio is nestled on the 2nd floor of a typical old brick building, between the Capitole and Place de la Daurade. Overlooking the streets, the double glazed windows allow you to admire the city without being inconvenienced by the bustle. Make yourself at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment with character designed to offer you a great experience: A fully equipped open kitchenette with: - dishes and cooking utensils, - a fridge, - induction cooktop, - microwave, oven, - a Nespresso coffee machine, - a kettle, - a toaster, A cozy living & sleeping area with: - a 140 cm sofa bed, mattress a little tired over time :( - a TV with access to AndroidTV (Netflix, Molotov TV...) - a furnished workspace, A functional bathroom with: - a shower cubicle, - an electric towel dryer, - Toilet, Sheets and towels are provided. Very high speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio. Guest access You can enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay. To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.). In this time of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in the use of energy and we remind our guests that the temperature of the heaters is limited in France, by law (art. R241-26 of the Energy Code), at 19°. As a result, it won't be possible to exceed this temperature in the accommodation. Other things to note We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too, we like to rest a little). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we sometimes do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn:) To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. In particular, we will ask you for your identity documents, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Agreement) and the security deposit imprint by bank card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab).
