Guest access It is a private neighborhood one with controlled access with identification and vehicle inspection. The house has an independent entrance with shared access through the garage with other guests and our family. Some parts of the loft have a step to enter. Laundry area is shared. There are surveillance cameras outside on the street and shared areas of the house. Other things to note Our house is built on the ravine, that is why the entrance to the house is upstairs (where the Loft is) and our house is downstairs. We just share the same input. Parking is outside at the door of the house (assigned place). Between the months of May and September it rains a lot in the afternoons (come equipped). Likewise, they are asked that when it is raining or you are not in the loft, they leave the windows WELL CLOSED, so that water does not enter and damage walls and curtains.
