Pets: We allow 1 pet and consider 2 with pre-approval and an additional $50 fee. Please care for our area and take pets outside often to prevent accidents indoors. Please no pets in the beds. No access to the basement. We are available through the app at anytime. This property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please keep in mind our neighbors. You may also hear regular residential events ie lawn mowing, dog barking, family get togethers. We offer starter items of toiletries including toilet paper, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, coffee. You will likely need more throughout your stay and are responsible for providing these. Please keep in mind this is a privately owned older home. We are happy to address repairs to the best of our ability and access. Please keep us informed of any damages or issues that may arise. Our home will be inspected upon check out and you will be charged for any damages or missing items. Floors are carpeted aside from kitchen and bathrooms. If you use the grill, please make sure you turn off the propane tank after use. *$50 fee may be assessed if it is left on.
