The Sandcastle

There's nothing like sitting on the lanai with a drink watching the activity of the canal. The dock is a great place to relax and tan, or do some easy fishing. The floor plan has the master bedroom and bath to the east. The other 2 bedrooms and bath or on the west. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are in the middle. Almost every room has access to the covered lanai. The space The house is 1875 sq feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. it was the first house on the block. My parents built it and I got to inherit it.
