The front of the house overlooks the quiet, car free footpath of Stream Walk. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 includes a super king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and smart TV. Bedroom 2 includes two single beds, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with toilet, basin and shower over bath. Downstairs: Kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker, and everything needed to cook up a feast or enjoy a takeaway. Bright lounge-dining room with Smart TV, and dining table seating 4 people. The bay window includes a door opening onto the sunny patio garden, with herbs that you are welcome to use for your cooking! A lovely secluded spot to enjoy a drink with garden table and chairs. The gate leads out to the parking space at the rear of the property, along with lockable storage for push bikes. Dogs are welcome - please don't let them on the furniture or upstairs. A stair gate is fitted at the bottom of the stairs. Guest access The whole property and garden are available for your private use during your stay.
