Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Only a short 50m walk takes you to Mitchell’s Bay - a safe, beautiful beach that is perfect for dips, surfing, foiling or just meandering along the beach. This cosy modern tiny house features one Queen bed - a compact living area, and a sunny deck where you can enjoy the last of the afternoon sun. Enjoy the sound of Tuis, Kereru, Bluebirds from the bush on the property. Peaceful & relaxing. The space Sitting beside our holiday home - the Tiny House has its own entrance, and is generally only rented when we are not in residence. It is modern & light with a high pitched ceiling, a couch, comfy chair that sit opposite the kitchenette that is perfect for making a cup of tea/coffee, having a wine & nibbles or making a light breakfast. There are no cooking facilities, but there is a jug, toaster, microwave & mini fridge. The bedroom has a new super comfortable Queen size bed with lovely crisp linen and electric blanket. . An intimate bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet. Outside is a sunny sheltered deck where you can enjoy an outlook to the ocean. Note there is no Wifi at The Tiny House. Guest access The Tiny House sits opposite our holiday home and has its own entrance/ patio deck. It is unlikely we would be in residence the same time but our home and garage is not to be accessed by guests. Other things to note Please note there is no Wi-fi at this property.
